2024

  • With the “Future Farming Initiative (FFI)” Barry Callebaut launches a high-tech and sustainable cocoa farming business under the leadership of Steven Retzlaff in Brazil. 

  • Microsoft and Barry Callebaut announce a strategic partnership to accelerate digital transformation journey as part of BC Next Level.

  • Barry Callebaut launches its Net Zero Roadmap strategy to decarbonize its entire value chain, aligning with worldwide efforts to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius by setting mid-term targets for 2030 and achieve Net Zero by 2050.

  • Barry Callebaut announces plans to establish new Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Compound, in Singapore, as part of its upcoming Chocolate and Cocoa Innovation Hub.
