256g unsalted butter 170g brown sugar 170g granulated sugar 105g whole eggs 5g 370g bread flour 5g 5g baking soda 200g 150g 200g Caramel/Caramel Mini Cups - 30lbs	Cream the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a mixer with the paddle. Sift the dry ingredients and add to above mixture with the dough hook. Add the pecans and caramel cups to the dough. Portion the dough into desired size and bake at 320 F for 12-15 minutes.
