Orange is the new pink

The vibrant and tangy taste of rosé champagne makes it the perfect base for distinguished summer cocktails. And this recipe proves it: the homemade dark chocolate ganache in it adds an intense chocolate taste to the mix, while the orange blossom drops give the sparkling beverage a refreshing floral accent. Served as a refreshing aperitif, or as an accompaniment of your desserts and fruit salads, this cocktail never fails to win over its keeper.

Orange new pink

ingredients preparation
  • 50ml
    liquid homemade chocolate ganache

Choose a beautiful cocktail glass and cover the bottom with ganache.

  • 150ml
    champagne rosé

Fill the glass with rosé champagne and add a few drops of orange blossom.

Decorate with some nice edible flowers.

Tip: create your own eye-catching ice cubes – flavoured with orange blossom for instance – and put them in your glass before pouring the champagne.
