Cold Flat Ruby

ingredients preparation
  • 230ml
    coconut milk
  • g
    Fluffy whipped cream
  • 2g
    pink pitaya dragon fruit (liquid concentrate)

1. Mix the Van Houten Ground ruby Chocolate with hot water and stir.
2. Pour half of the chocolate mix into a squeeze bottle and decorate the inside of a glass. Keep the rest for later.
3. Add the ice cubes and the milk.
4. Add the remaining chocolate mix.
5. Whip the cream with the pink pitaya dragon fruit and pipe on top.
6. Squeeze the remaining chocolate mix on top.
7. Decorate with Mona Lisa ruby Chocolate Blossoms.

*Also possible to blend with dairy milk
