Chocolate brownie

Melt gently together. Cool to 30°C. |

Sieve together. |

Whisk together to form a thick white foam. Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture. Fold in the sieved flours. Pour into a lined 20cm cake tin and bake at 160°C for 25 minutes. Cool in the tin, then cut and serve. |
