    Van Houten Ground Dark Chocolate ganache
  • 3-4morceau(x)
    Tomates cerises
  • 3cl
    Cabosse Concentrate
  • 1cuillère(s)
    Yucatan Honey
  • 4cl
    Fresh tomato water
  • 3goutte(s)
    Yucatan chili sauce
  • g
    Glace pilée

Preparation chocolate-filled cherry tomatoes:

Step 1: Inject the ganache into the tomatoes.

Step 2: Decorate the drink with the tomatoes.

 

Preparation: 

Step 1: Dip the rim of a glass in Van Houten Ground Dark Chocolate mixed with 3 drops of Yucatan Chili sauce. Add crushed ice into the glass.

Step 2: Mix the honey, the cabosse concentrate and the fresh tomato water. 

Step 3: Pour into the glass on top of the crushed ice.

Step 4: Serve with some chocolate filled cherry tomatoes.
