THE HERO SHAKE

ingrédients préparation

Étape 1: Réaliser une ganache au chocolat en ajoutant le Van Houten Ground Chocolate Blanc à l'eau chaude (93-96 °C), bien mélanger jusqu'à obtenir une préparation homogène et réserver dans une poche.
Étape 2: Mélanger 80 g de ganache au lait puis ajouter la crème glacée.
Étape 3: Verser la préparation dans un verre et décorer de crème fouettée. Disposer quelques brisures de biscuits Oreo et terminer avec un biscuit Oreo entier.

 

Pour la décoration:
Crème fouettée
2 biscuits Oreo
