Grand pom-pom
The beauty of dark chocolate is that its full-bodied cocoa taste pairs beautifully with an incredible amount of ingredients – in drinks especially. That notion brought World Champion Latte Art Peter Hernou to combine it with apple-pomegranate juice and a big gulp of Grand Marnier and to top the deliciously warm drink with a big dollop of whipped cream, pomegranate seeds and a handful of Dark Chocolate Blossoms. Remplissez un demi pichet avec le jus . Ajoutez le chocolat et le Grand Marnier, puis vaporisez jusqu’au 72°C. Versez dans un verre. |
