    l'eau de noix de coco
  • 20g
    Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 60g
    Fresh mango extract
  • 90g
    Cabosse juice

    Ice
  • pièce(s)
    Dés de mangue
  • 120g
    Ripe mango
  • 1/4pièce(s)
    Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare the mango extract: Clean the mango and put it in the juicer. Add the lemon juice and mix. (The preparation has a shelf life of 3 days).
Step 2: Prepare the mixture in a soda siphon: pour the cabosse juice, coconut water, the lime and the mango extract into the siphon.
Step 3: Put some ice in a glass (or in an empty cacaofruit).
Step 4: Add the mixture.
Step 5: Mix. And serve with a straw and a mini skewer of small mango cubes.
