5. Easters classics with a twist

This Easter, not everything is what it seems… This year, there are Easter eggs that look like a classic egg, but are in reality not made out of chocolate, but made of cake! And where traditional Easter chocolates focus on bunnies and eggs, we see a surge of fun, modern, instagenic shapes and figures taking over.

With a focus on attractive colors and hints of inclusions, some launches featured Easter avocados, Easter “diamonds” or lemons as an update to the classic Easter eggs, and don’t expect just the Easter Bunny, but Easter chocolate sloths, narwhals, and a whole range of other creatures too.
