The Luxury Shake

1. Prepare a chocolate ganache by dissolving 100 g VH Ground Milk Chocolate in 80 g hot water (93-96°C) and pour into a squeezable bottle. 

2. Decorate the inside of a glass with the VH milk chocolate ganache

3. Mix 80 g VH milk chocolate ganache with 180 g vanilla ice cream and 60 g hazelnut milk.

4. Pour into a glass and decorate with whipped cream, roasted hazelnuts and Mona Lisa dark chocolate curved shavings.
