THE HERO SHAKE

ingrediënten bereiding

Step 1: Prepare a chocolate ganache by dissolving 100 g VH Ground White Chocolate in 45 g hot water (93-96°C) and pour into a squeezable bottle.
Step 2: Mix 80 g VH white chocolate ganache with 180 g vanilla ice cream and 70 g milk.
Step 3: Pour into a glass and decorate with whipped cream, crushed Oreo and an Oreo cookie.
