  • 200ml
    półtłuste mleko
  • 20g
    frozen raspberries
  • 20g
    frozen cherry
  • 20g
    frozen strawberries

1. Steam 50 ml of semi-skimmed milk and mix it with the Van Houten ruby Chocolate Powder to make an emulsion.
2. Add the rest of the cold milk, the frozen raspberries, frozen cherries and frozen strawberries to the blender and mix.
3. Decorate with whipped cream, Mona Lisa ruby Chocolate Blossoms, Mona Lisa ruby Chocolate Crispearls™, fresh strawberries and raspberries.
