Santa’s Cookie

    espresso coffee
  • 200毫升
    3.25% milk
  • 1/2l
    fresh cream

    Callebaut Almond Praline

1. Pour the espresso shots on top of the Van Houten Ground Dark Chocolate.
2. Add the milk and steam.
3. Dispense the cream with the cream whipper dispenser and add the Callebaut Almond Praline on top.
4. Sprinkle Mona Lisa Caramel Chocolate Blossoms and cinnamon powder on top.
