    Van Houten Ground Milk Chocolate ganache
  • 130ml
    Whole milk
  • 2cl
    Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1cl
    Fresh ginger root juice
  • 1piece(s)
    Large ice cube
  • 1piece(s)
    Black pepper twist

Preparation:

Step 1: Heat the milk and melt the Van Houten Ground Milk Chocolate ganache into the hot milk.
Step 2: Mix the lime juice and the ginger root juice together.
Steo 3: Pour the hot chocolate mixture onto the juices, to separate the milk from the juice.
Step 4: Filter into a dripper for 30 minutes.
Step 5: Put the large ice cube into a glass, poor the drink over the ice cube and add a black pepper twist. Serve.
