1. Dip the rim of a glass in Van Houten Ground Dark Chocolate mixed with 3 drops of Yucatan Chili sauce. Add crushed ice into the glass.

2. Mix the honey, the cabosse concentrate and the fresh tomato water. 

3. Pour into the glass on top of the crushed ice.

4. Serve with some chocolate filled cherry tomatoes.

1. Inject the ganache into the tomatoes.

2. Decorate the drink with the tomatoes.

Van Houten Ground Dark Chocolate ganache

  • 50ml
    Hot water (93-96°C)

1. Pour the hot water in a plastic bowl.

2. Add Van Houten Ground Dark Chocolate and stir gently.

3. Cover the bowl and store in fridge for 12 hours.

4. Take out of the fridge 30-60 minutes before use.

5. Blend with a spatula.

6. Pour into a squeeze bottle and use!
