Aztec Gold

  • 100g
    VM-54623-V99
  • 2cl
    Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 4cl
    Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate ganache
  • 4cl
    Mezcal
  • 1cl
    Orange Liqueur Cointreau/Grand Marnier
  • piece(s)
    Ice
  • 1pinch
    Salt

1. Blend together the lime juice, the ganache, the Mezcal, the orange liquor, a pinch of salt and the ice.

2. Decorate the rim of the glass with the ganache and a pinch of salt.

3. Pour the blend into the glass and serve.

Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate ganache

ingredients preparation
  • 100g
    VM-54623-V99
  • 50ml
    Hot water (93-96°C)

1. Pour the hot water in a plastic bowl.

2. Add Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate and stir gently.

3. Cover the bowl and store in fridge for 12 hours.

4. Take out of the fridge 30-60 minutes before use.

5. Blend with a spatula.

6. Pour into a squeeze bottle and use!
