Iced Orange Is The New Black Latte

    VM-54627-V99
  • 200ml
    Milk (plant based if possible)
  • 30ml
    Orange sirup
  • g
    Orange peel
  • 40g
    Soy cream
  • g
    Ice
  • 20g
    Van Houten Ground White Chocolate ganache

1. Steam the milk together with Van Houten Ground Dark Chocolate.

2. Add iced in the glass.

3. Pour 15 ml of the orange sirup on the ice.  

4. Then add soy cream and Van Houten Ground White Chocolate ganache. Then pour the steamed milk into the glass and finish with doppio espresso and the remaining 15 ml organge sirup.

5. Decorate with orange peel.
 

Van Houten Ground White Chocolate ganache

ingredients preparation
  • 100g
    VM-54625-V99
  • 50ml
    Hot water (93-96°C)

1. Pour the hot water in a plastic bowl.

2. Add Van Houten Ground White Chocolate and stir gently.

3. Cover the bowl and store in fridge for 12 hours.

4. Take out of the fridge 30-60 minutes before use.

5. Blend with a spatula.

6. Pour into a squeeze bottle and use!
