Albert Daví welcomes winter
Winter and Christmas have arrived and to celebrate, our chef Albert Daví has created an elegant collection of chocolate snowflakes, a brilliant display of chocolate artistry that we invite you to discover.
Each snowflake is made with a different coating from the Selección range: Maragda 70% dark chocolate, Jade 38.8% milk chocolate and Opal 30.3% white chocolate. And to decorate, Albert used three acetate templates with different designs specially created by him.
