In the category of Best Traditional Mona, where the visual aspect, dough, both interior and exterior baking of the brioche, aroma, and flavor were evaluated, the first prize went to the entry from Panes Creativos by Daniel Jordà, who had already won third place last year. The podium was completed with l’Obrador de Prades in second place, and Fleca Rovira from Cardedeu in third.
Organized by Sr. and Sra. Cake agency, La Millor Mona de Pasqua once again had Chocovic as a sponsor. After the final, all the presented monas were donated to the Coordinadora d’ONG Solidàries, which brings together entities from Girona.
