20g Van Houten Ground Ruby 20ml Eau chaude 180ml Pea milk 3g Poudre de Matcha	1. Chauffer l’eau à 60 °C. Verser le Ground Chocolate Ruby. ATTENTION : Veiller à ne jamais dépasser 72 °C. 2.
