Green Ruby Chocolate

  • 4g
    Match powder
  • 200ml
    semi-skimmed milk
  • 10piece(s)
    Ice cubes
  • 1ml
    hot water (70°-85°)

1. Blend the Van Houten Ground ruby Chocolate and the milk. Steam.

2. Make a paste with the hot water and matcha powder.

3. Put the ice cubes in a glass. Fill half the glass with the ruby mix.

4.  Add a layer of matcha paste and finish with the rest of the ruby mix. Sprinkle Van Houten Ground ruby Chocolate on top.
