Caribbean Cabosse

    coconut water
  • 20g
    Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 60g
    Fresh mango extract
  • 90g
    Cabosse juice
  • piece(s)
    Ice
  • piece(s)
    Mango cubes
  • 120g
    Ripe mango
  • 1/4piece(s)
    Freshly squeezed lemon juice

1. Prepare the mango extract: Clean the mango and put it in the juicer. Add the lemon juice and mix. (The preparation has a shelf life of 3 days).

2. Prepare the mixture in a soda siphon: pour the cabosse juice, coconut water, the lime and the mango extract into the siphon.

3. Put some ice in a glass (or in an empty cacaofruit).

4. Pour the drink on the ice and stir.

5. Serve with a straw and a mini skewer ofsmall mango cubes.
