Ingredients

材料 下ごしらえ
  • 70g
    オートミール・ミルク
  • 180g
    Dairy free vanilla ice cream
  • 20g
    ミントシロップ

Step 1: Prepare a chocolate ganache by dissolving 100 g VH Ground Dark Chocolate in 100 g hot water (93-96°C) and pour into a squeezable bottle.
Step 2: Mix 85 g VH Ground Dark Chocolate ganache with 70 g oat milk, 180 g dairy free vanilla ice cream and 20 g mint infusion in a blender. 
Step 3: Pour into a glass and decorate with Mona Lisa dark chocolate curved shavings and mint leaves.
